I can do, but I would prefer to use the chance to bind new users as 
"task managers", it's my experience from association work that you start 
capturing people with smaller tasks and then ramp them up :-)
I'll try to make a more constructed proposal before end of the week, but 
the idea is basically to have people with technical understanding able 
to assess the bugs, make sure they are reproduceable, put the right 
priority, assign them to the right developer, possibly develop small 
patches.

What do you think?
