I am sorry for not responding for a long time, I am still on holiday.

I support your ideas involving new people for systemizing and managing bbugs. I 
think that such help can be good, particularly because some bugs are reported 
in forums. Consequently the "task managers" could also answer some help 
requests which do not require a code change.
