sorry, I don't have Win2K at hand (finally I managed to upgrade to XP at work),
so I would like you
to try the following line on the command prompt:
rundll32 shell32.dll,ShellExec_RunDLL
file:/C:/test%20image%20directory/EXAMPLE.JPG
I've found this at
