I'm integrating the docs tree into plex86. Thanks to
Nick Bastin for mods to offer more output formats.

I also sifted through the code and changed all FreeMWare
references to plex86. Plus the SBE and TLB code is in
there (not useful yet, but you can turn it on/off during
compile) so it's time for another release.

First, I might as well deal with putting some kind of
open content on the docs. I looked at the instructions
for using the GNU FDL. Here's the recommend section to add
in each file:

      Copyright (c) YEAR YOUR NAME.
Permission is granted to copy, distribute and/or modify this document
under the terms of the GNU Free Documentation License, Version 1.1
      or any later version published by the Free Software Foundation;
with the Invariant Sections being LIST THEIR TITLES, with the
Front-Cover Texts being LIST, and with the Back-Cover Texts being LIST.
A copy of the license is included in the section entitled "GNU
      Free Documentation License".

Can someone define what the following:

  Invariant Sections
  Front-Cover Texts
  Back-Cover Texts

I was sleeping that day in class.
