Hello,
this patch contains the patch I sent at wednesday, a "indent"-ed
version of emulation.c, mechanisms of parsing page directories and
unmapping used page tables, and a new file page-fault.c. This means,
Ramons paging kernel runs, all reads and writes from/into page
directory and page tables trap, but differentiations between
trap causes isn't done yet. This is my next task.
I also inserted removing of *~- and .#*-files into "make dist-clean"
for getting a real clean state. (And not my plex86.conf...;)
