A large number of people have responded to the request
to run that TLB hack I wrote a while ago.  In summary,
all the Pentium+ chips run it fine, as do all
AMD K6+ chips, as separate I&D TLB caches are needed.

There were many duplicate reports, so I thought I'd better
post the results I had here, and I'll update the web posting
next.
