lists then please disregard it.

Within the next 48 hours I plan to disable email delivery for the old
lists.sourceforge.net mailing lists.
You should go to http://freenetproject.org/index.php?page=lists and
subscribe to the lists you are interested in, and then you can
unsubscribe from these lists (you will find the nescessary URL at the
bottom of every email sent to these lists including this one).
You won't miss any email by moving to the new lists since emails sent to
the old lists will be relayed, however you may be missing emails if you
are still on the old lists as emails are not relayed in the other
direction.
I probably will not manually move people over myself, it will be up to
you. This is so that we can take this opportunity to "clean out the
pipes" so-to-speak.
As an added benefit, you will notice that chat and devl emails are being
relayed to the alt.freenet newsgroup. You can thus read email on the
newsgroup, and provided that your news client pays attention to the
"Reply-to:" field of email messages, you can just send your responses
back to the list. Note that posts sent to the newsgroup are not relayed
to the mailing lists.
You should also be aware that the mail-server we are using has a strict
spam-policy, and it will (or should!) reject emails from insecure
mail-servers using a RBL (a realtime list of naughty email servers).
