Unfortunately snapshots are borked until sourceforge get their act
together and get cron working on the freenet.sourceforge.net server
again. I have emailed them about this.
I think that part of the point with the development branch is that it will
not be expected to compile at any given time (this seems to have been part
of Oskar's motivation for keeping his recent work out of CVS which is bad
for open source).
