I think it would be a good idea to add a list of desired info for bug
reports to the README file (at the moment it just says "send a mail to
<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>"). Something along the lines of:

Please give us as much detail as you can when submitting bug reports:
What hardware are you using?
What operating system are you using (including the version number)?
What version of Freenet are you using (or which CVS snapshot)?
Problem description:
Please include any log file details for where the problem occurred.

Any other pieces of information that would be necessary/useful to add to
this type of form? If other people think this is a good idea, please could
someone else add it to the CVS as I don't have access.
