[Freenet-support] problems

I'm not being able to complete the download of the Freenet version0.3.5
every time that i'm about to finish it,i get the "read me" message.
 My server is the NYUnet,and i've notice that they "block" some
sites,althoug i'm not sure about it,cause i'm a beginner at computer
language,please help me to undrestand what is wrong. Thank you,
