I only use VNC, I can't test RDP at the moment, maybe someone else who's reading this can try and report back.

GUI updates always delayed. 2. Object redrawing takes sometimes a seconds, while garbage is displayed instead of objects in the middle. 3. Paging text in editors/browsers is hardly possible, seconds to get next page in Kate! 4. In VNC and NX sessions widgets partially missing or distorted. 5. Many GUI elements are over sized and leaves too little workspace in applications. ALL OF THAT ON UP TO DATE DUAL CORE MACHINES, EVEN VISTA DOES ALL THAT BETTER!!!
