Not silly. But not needed. The only reason that it had to be
seperated was because (I assume) an entire folder is pulled into
memory while it is being imported.

You're not far off. For larger (and larger, and larger....)
installations. ZEO takes care of it. Basically,
as long as you continue to through hardware at it, your site can
continue to grow.

This isn't finished yet, but I expect to be able to select chosen
code set(s) at an installation level. So if you want ICD9, ICD10
& LOINC or one of them it will all work transparently.
