Yes it can be installed on Windows and all popular *nixe OS's. I
have not confirmed that Zope is available for the Mac. But I
believe it is.

links to download them. There are several but they are very small
with the exception of Zope itself.

Is this for a specific facility or as an open project? 
It would probably be beneficial if we had a list of required
changes and then we could apply them to each version or embed the
code to activate certain changes in Malaysia.

Yes. The source code is all available in the downloadable
package.
