The present contributors have essentially declared that Harmony is halted.
However, the source archive is available on the web, and there are
people who are still interested in continuing Harmony. All that is needed
is for someone to take the leadership position and to re-start the project.
I guess that including someone offering CVS machines, disk spaces, web pages,
etc. The FSF seems still interested in pushing Harmony to completion.
