No. If the User-Name is never stripped, then the Stripped-User-Name
never exists.

Hmm... maybe radius_xlat should print 'request->username', which is
guaranteed to exist if the User-Name attribute exists, and is
guaranteed to be the Stripped-User-Name attribute if the name has been
stripped.
I like that. I think I'll make that change.
