Hi
  I  run freeradius-0.2.tar.gz  on RedHat Linux7.1 :
        %./configure  --with-thread-pool = no
        %make
        %make install
        
  run radius in  thread no thread pool:
        #radiusd -x&

I  use radiusclient  to auth 50/m,freeradius ack accounting packet
timeout
and report:

Freeradius can accept  auth request,Do you explain why it  do "WARNING:
Unresponsive child (id 1883138) for request 1838"?
May I be run freeradius-0.2 surely using which state? (thread,thread
pool or debug?)
