Falling through to another RADIUS server

[Larry Low Lightstream Tech Support]

I was wondering if it is possible to put in the users file a DEFAULT
entry to proxy to another RADIUS server if it doesn't get authenticated
by the time it reaches the DEFAULT entry.

Is this possible or is there a way to use the proxy.conf to first try
and authenticate off of LOCAL and then try to authenticate from a remote
host.

Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.
