Hi All !

I just completed the installation on a debian box (woody).
(configure, make ,make install , everything as root)

1. There is a directory especially for debian adaptions. Do they work
automatically ?
BTW: the install script puts everything in /usr/local is this "standard" ?

2. In the radiusd.conf one can set a user/group. The file says it is for the
http server(?). After I run radiusd it complains about not being able to
write to log directory (raddb in this case). If I change the ownership to
nobody/nobody (as in the example file) the problem is gone. Was this the
correct thing to do - as most of the files were created root/root ?

TIA
