freeradius and pop

Can any of you recommend a good pop server to use with Freeradius? I need
something that will authenticate against Radius or if that isn't possible,
something that will authenticate against a database (preferably Oracle) that
will have my Freeradius schema in it.

I'll be very grateful and open towards any hints, tips, ideas and
suggestions!
