The MS-CHAP module comes with FreeRADIUS. It should build by
default.
You can add it to the 'authenticate' section, just like 'pam'.
After that, 'Auth-Type := MS-CHAP' should work.
I don't use it myself, so I'm not sure what else may be necessary.
