It seems that the server operates fine off a low number of threads ( usually
the default starting value of 5 ) and then it'll eventually start creating
tons of the dropping dup auth packet, at which point it tries to open more
threads, which recieve the same error.. and so on and so forth.. till it
eats all the available threads on the machine..
