How i can import my dictionary files in my mySQL Database ?

I run the freeradius 0.3 but i dont find a tool to import my dictionary files.
I need the dictonary.redback to use my Redback SMS 500
Can sombody send my a Dump or a script to import this files what i need
to use freeradius 0.3 and mySQL with my Redback ?
