After we have turned the cache on "cache = yes" in radiusd.conf and
"Auth-Type := unix" in users files. Everything can work. I can read other
password file instead of the linux system password file.

We have set 'Auth-Type := unix', so it supposed to authenticate using 'unix'
module. In the 'modules'-> 'unix' section of radiusd.conf, we have changed
'shadow' and 'group' to point to other shadow and group files, but the unix
module still checks the system shadow passwords. I guess it is either a bug
or the feature has not been implemented.

We have also turned on the debug output. The 'unix' module get the 'shadow'
path we set when the radiusd starts, but there is no detail debug output
when it actually authenticates. It only returns Accept or Reject, so we
don't know which shadow password file it actually uses, but so far testing
results showed it always checks the system shadow password file.
