It seems that posgres doesn't like when inserting '' into numeric
field :) I did several things:
- removed RadAcctId with value '' from accounting_start_query (otherwise
it always inserts 0)
- removed AcctStopTime with value '0' from accounting_start_query (says
that bad timestamp)
- renamed '%{NAS-Port-Id}' to '%{NAS-Port}' from
accounting_start_query (cisco says NAS-Port and if you try to insert
NAS-Port-Id you get '' in numeric field)
