I don't know why the SQL server is hanging up the connection. Find out why, and the problem will be solved. FreeRADIUS does NOT hang up the SQL connection until it's about to exit. So the problem most likely is not FreeRADIUS. Please don't ask this question again, either. Do some work yourself to find out WHY the SQL server is hanging up.
