I rebuilded the server with

./configure  --prefix=/usr/local/freeradius --with-mysql-dir=/usr/local/mysq
l  --with-thread-pool --enable-ltdl-install --with-threads

at radiusd.conf

thread pool {
        start_servers = 5

        max_servers = 32

        min_spare_servers = 1
        max_spare_servers = 6
        max_requests_per_server = 100
}


and the problem didn't disappear.
any idea?
