I submitted a patch yesterday on the freeradius-devel list that you'll
probably need if you use realms. Alan committed it to CVS this morning.

Not sure. When I last tested this, it didn't seem to work properly, but
that was before I created the patch I mentioned above.
I worked around this by putting the simultaneous-use rule in my 'users'
file. Like this:
DEFAULT Auth-Type := Sql, Simultaneous-Use := 1
Fall-Through = 1
