freeradius 0.4 vs BAY Annex

I am using Bay Annex modem pool (5399) with freeradius 0.4. I have followed the suggestio in the FAQ to upgrade my Annex to 18.0.2 and is still getting the following error:   Error: Received packet from XX.XX.XX.XX with invalid Message-Authenticator!   Any suggestion on how could I resolve the problem   Thx CC
