Radius Server on SSD

I am looking to load the Kernels with Radius from SSD and then strorage and and logs on Raid 1 conventional HD's. I am looking for a doc or something to help me setup and move the setup to SSD! Does anyone have any info or doc's which they can point me too!  Or can someone help me, voluntarly :-) Thanks, looking for help! Thanks Solomon
