Exec-Program attribute

Hi, I am just a beginner. Could anyone tell me how to use the Exec-Program attribute? I want to use freeradius with some other program so I set the USERS files as follows: Bob  Auth-Type:=Local, Password="asfd", Exec-Program:="/bin/ls > /root/test" Reply-Message="hello!!!!" But it doesn't work.could anyone help me? Thanking in advance
