Hi, I am a FreeRadius beginner have this error while trying to run radiusd:
# /usr/local/sbin/radiusd radiusd: Starting - reading configuration files ... radiusd: Errors reading dictionary: dict_init: /usr/local/etc/raddb/dictionary[34]: Couldn't open dictionary "subdicts/dict.vendors": No such file or directory radiusd: Errors reading radiusd.conf # and similar error when running radclient: # radclient localhost auth secret radclient: dict_init: /usr/local/etc/raddb/dictionary[34]: Couldn't open dictionary "subdicts/dict.vendors": No such file or directory # All files are actually in place. What's wrong? I have read the previous topic about similar error in this milist archive but the case is different. My machine is Sun Solaris 8 with GNU gcc 3.0.3 and GNU make 3.79.1 (binutils installed). Any help appreciated very much!
