First, why should I upgrade to 0.5? Do its improvements have something to do with the issues I am reporting? Second, while I know I can and certainly will end up talking with Lucent, I was just hoping that I could get some direction from other colleagues out here in the real world, who may have experienced and resolved this problem in the past.
