Try the following:
1. Add "Fall-Through = 1" in reply items.
2. Check if you have SNMP access rights to the NAS.
3. Read Simultaneous-Use document.
4. Check if there is the following section in radius.conf
session {
radutmp
}
5. Run checkrad script manual to see if it works.
