The attributes inside of the packet are *never* checked to see if they're identical. The Merit server does this. And from what I can tell, it ignores the data FreeRADIUS uses to identify duplicate requests. So Merit does a lot more work, and there's a lot higher possibility that "duplicate" requests will be found, when they're actuall different. Alan DeKok. - List info/subscribe/unsubscribe?
