It varies from day to day. For the most part, unless you are using
experimental modules, it's fairly safe, as the core server and stable
modules don't change that frequently ( except for bug fixes ).
Please note that even 0.5 is still a development release ( albeit one
that is more likely not to have show-stopping bugs than nightly builds ).
