This doesn't seem to make sense against what you asked previously - do you want to use the 'standard' MySQL tables, or your own ones?? If you want to use the standard ones you need to set them up in MySQL as per the schema file included in the tarball. Check out http://www.frontios.com/freeradius.html for some possibly useful info and tips. If you want to use your own, you just edit the actual SQL statements in sql.conf to reflect your own database structure.
