ID hang in Hiper

Hello,         We have 3com RAS box. What happens is that after the dial-up user disconnects the Hiper is not sending the Stop accounting packet to RADIUS . The user id got hanged and so when he tries to reconnect he is failed.   Psl help in solving this..   Regards. Uma.
