hi everybody,

we are using the freeradius as a radius to our ISP :

- we are using 2 radius-server, and 2 sql server (master and server).

and we have some questions :

1- is it possible when using sql failover, to use group in the accounting
section like the authentication.

2- Also we are using 2 sql servers, one as master and the second as slave
but if the master shutdown, then the radius will write informations to the
slave.
should we change the slave to 'master', and the master to 'slave', after
this problem.

3- is the sqlcounter egnouth satble , to use it in an isp? cause we are
using coutnter and we have some problems, when a user have a counter limit
in the first radius, the second radius ignores this limit. Even if we
syncronize the configuration, accounting and counter files between the 2
servers, why .

4- is it normal when sql1 are offline radius1 gone down ? here are our
test:
first we disconnected sql1 from the lan, then we made an authentication
test with radtest, there was no response,
then we tried a second radtest, and after that the radiusd shutdown.

but if we use radwatch , after the shutdown the radiusd restart and begin
sending request automatically to sql2.
