This may be offtopic and sound stupid but it's radius related. No matter what I try I can't get our AP's to send requests to a freeradius server. Nothing seems to reach the freeradius server when monitoring with debug output as well as tcpdump and snort. Both of our ap's support radius authentication but neither seem to be working. The first AP is an Orinoco AP500 and the other is a Raylink AP. Me and my work buddies are pretty much stumped. Any suggestions? I'm able to ping the AP's from the radius server. Any troubleshooting tips? I don't know how to sniff traffic that goes between the wireless card and the ap with frequency hopping.
