NAS - HiPer Total Control 1000 (ARC-V5.1.99/Non-Encr)
FreeRADIUSd - CVS at 28.05.2002
OS - FreeBSD 4.3-STABLE
This problem was been twice, with identical record in radius.log

Now RADIUSd sleeping and not response on any requests. :((
NAS hasn't any active ssessions. Because RADIUSd not receive ACCT_STOP
in my billing all sessions marked as active.

I make:
Mag(14) kill -HUP - no effect.
Mag(18) kill -9 `cat /var/log/radiusd.pid`
then start RADIUSd.
