Radius don�t check Calling-Station-Id and Simultaneous-Use when Auth-Type = System

Hi Friends,

For authentication type local it�s all ok. But when I
change the Auth-Type to System Radius doesn�t check
the Simultaneous-Use and Calling-Station-Id parameters
anymore
Is there something wrong with this entry??

user   Simultaneous-Use = 1, Calling-Station-Id =
"145627777", Auth-Type = System
       Service-Type = Framed-User

I will Love any help!
