versions are encouraged to upgrade immediately.

  Edited ChangeLog:

     * Many race conditions and lockups in the server have been fixed.
       All users of 0.5 are encouraged to upgrade. 
     * Potential security problems while using SQL have been
       fixed.
       All users of 0.5 are encouraged to upgrade. 
     * SQL sockets are rotated, which helps keep them alive
       longer. 
     * Use of Exec-Program and Exec-Program-Wait no longer lock
       the server, though use of them in debugging mode is discouraged/
     * Digest authentication has been added, as per
       draft-sterman-aaa-sip-00.txt. This has been verified
       against Cisco SIP servers. 
     * Corrected 'session zap' logic. This fixes the problem of
       seeing bogus accounting requests from unknown NASes or
       clients. 
     * Support for MS-SQL and Sybase. 
     * New module rlm_ippool, to do server-side IP pooling.
