Freeradius does not define it, but the web interface for IC Radius does
infact define the use of a Radius-Operator attribute so it knows which
logins/passwords are allowed to use it.

The SQL config, as I said is identicle to the one I was using
previously. The SQL binaries, database files, ICRadius CGI, etc were
all copied over from the old machine. The only thing that wasn't copied
was the perl distribution, but I have re-installed all the perl
libraries and modules that were required. That is verified by the fact
that I no longer run the CGI and get errors in my web log.

Anyone using this web interface who might be able to shed some light?
