You are talking about really _small_ numbers. You should start thinking about
CPU and RAM only if you have XX000 or XXX000 users (assuming that you keep your
users in LDAP or SQL). I 'd say a nice pentium with 256MB RAM would be just
fine. Just tune MySQL a bit and you should be ok.
