really don't know in that case. seems to be a windows problem somehow.

are you sure that you have put the certificate to the right repository?
try to put another one inside and see what happens. open the ms mgmt
console and see where it is exactly and if it is recongnized as valid
certificate... you probably also need the certificate of the CA.
