I understand that this, for the most part, doesn't involve radius all that
much, and is probably an obnoxious question you guys get a lot, but I
figure you're the best people to ask about such a thing.
In our system, we have 5 groups of users. 3 of those groups are groups
that involve either A) accounts that are only allowed on from 9am-5pm
mon-fri, accounts that are allowed on any time but 6-10pm tues-fri, and
accounts that are only allowed on midnight to 6am. Now, whether or not
radius tells them its ok to log in is no problem, it will say yes at the
right times, and no at the right times. But how do I KICK OFF users who
are online once their disallowed time is reached? (ie customer who can't
be online between 6-10pm logs in at 5:30 and stays on until 11pm) ...
I know this isn't a radius thing per se, but are there any known tools
that can interact nicely with freeradius to perform these functions for
me? All searches on google, and for other software has always left me
with no answers.
At least a step in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.
For anyone who needs to know, I use PM3s, and USR Total Control chassis
for nas servers.
