Actually, the answer to the 2nd question is yes! You'd have to be using a NAS to which you had source code (say portslave+pppd on a unix system). Modify the pppd to interpret the VSA and there you go. /fc - List info/subscribe/unsubscribe? See http://www.freeradius.org/list/users.html
