Hello,

I would like the Radius server to check in a LDAP base (Netscape directory server) if the user is allowed or not. Then, I will add the ldap module of rlm_ldap to the radiusd.conf file, and correctly fill the lines.

But something remains unclear for me: do I have to do something on the LDAP servers side? It is what I understand when I read it : what should be the "Radius Profile" on the LDAP side ?

Thank you in advance,

Simpel

# default_profile: DN of a LDAP object, which contains default RADIUS
# attributes.
# default: NULL - use only user specific attributes or attributes,
# supplied by other modules.
#
 default_profile = "cn=RadProfile,o=My Org,c=UA"

# profile_attribute: user object attribute, which contains DN of
# radiusProfile object for this user.
# default: NULL - use only user specific attributes or attributes,
#       supplied by other modules.
#
# profile_attribute = "radiusProfileDn"
