Dear Mehdi Roomi,

You  should  use  both  rlm_passwd and rlm_mschap modules (rlm_passwd in
authorize, rlm_mschap in authenticate. Optionally you can use rlm_mschap
in authorize).

See doc/rlm_mschap and doc/rlm_passwd.
