Framed-Pool and Cisco-AVPair

I'm new to radius in general, but trying to migrate a handfull machines
from some old radius implementation to fresh and new freeradius.

A question has popped up, are the following attribute equivalent? 

Cisco-AVPair = "ip:addr-pool=ansatt"

and

Framed-Pool = "ansatt"
